Should you opt into our real-time market and crypto alert service via SMS, we collect your mobile phone number. Mobile number collection is subject to full TCPA consent procedures as described in Section 5. Providing a mobile number is never a condition of accessing our standard digital content.

5. Data Dissemination, Third-Party Sharing, and SMS Non-Sharing Doctrine

5.3 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data for monetary compensation. We do not share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising with third-party advertisers.

5.4 Legal Compulsion

We will only disclose personal data if formally required by UAE Courts, TECOM Group regulatory bodies, or recognized international legal authorities pursuant to a valid legal process.

6. Data Retention Schedule

We retain your personal information according to the following schedule:

  • SMS opt-in records and mobile numbers: Retained for the duration of active SMS opt-in plus 36 months for TCPA compliance record-keeping purposes.

7.2 Email Compliance (CAN-SPAM)

All commercial emails sent as a result of your registration on this Portal will accurately identify the sender, use non-deceptive subject lines, include our physical mailing address, and contain a clear, functional one-click unsubscribe mechanism. Financial Incentive Notice: We offer free access to our publications and market insights in exchange for your email address. The value we derive from this arrangement is tied to our ability to deliver sponsored content and affiliate-monetized editorial. You may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. The value of this data exchange does not exceed the cost of delivering the newsletter content itself.

8.2 UAE PDPL Compliance

As a UAE-incorporated entity subject to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE PDPL), Millionaire Marketing FZ acts as the Data Controller for all personal data processed through this Portal.

We process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) your express consent for newsletter and SMS subscriptions; (b) our legitimate business interests for analytics and security operations; and (c) contractual necessity for delivering the services you requested.
